Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP38 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP38-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Notch1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RPP38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP38-to-partner and partner-to-RPP38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by RPP38-low versus RPP38-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
