Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA 3'-end processing, 'de novo' cotranslational protein folding, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with RPP38 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP38-to-partner and partner-to-RPP38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial RNA 3'-end processing grouped by RPP38-low versus RPP38-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
