Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP25 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPP25 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RPP25 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RPP25 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
