RPP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPP25_S162, AKAP13_S983, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with RPP25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP25 versus RPP25_S162 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
