Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHG4, AAGAB, and RCCD1. Each is linked with RPP25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP25 versus PLEKHG4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
