RPP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF318, SF3B3, and API5. Each is linked with RPP21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP21 versus ZNF318 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
