RPP21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,852 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDPD2, ELMO3, and EEF1A1P5. Each is linked with RPP21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP21 versus GDPD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
