Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5702 and RNU6-1148P. Each is linked with RPP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPP21 results are reported.
