Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, Proteasome core complex assembly, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPP21 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP21-to-partner and partner-to-RPP21 results are reported.
