RPN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGT, ERGIC3, and POFUT1. Each is linked with RPN2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN2-to-partner and partner-to-RPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN2 versus PIGT in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
