RPLP1P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,648 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP1P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN1, CSTB, and CEP170. Each is linked with RPLP1P13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP1P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP1P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPLP1P13 versus CCN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP1P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP1P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
