Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPLP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPLP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPLP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPLP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where RPLP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
