Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,919 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, FCGR3B, and TMEM71. Each is linked with RPLP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPLP1 versus CSF3R in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
