Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aromatic amino acid metabolic process, Regulation of intracellular transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RPLP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP1 results are reported.
