Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,401 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, CCDC86_S18, and MIEF1_S59. Each is linked with RPL7P61 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P61-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P61 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P61 versus RPL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P61→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
