Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P61 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7P61 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RPL7P61 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P61 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCS, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPL7P61 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
