RPL7P53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID5A_S23, RASAL3_S994, and KMT2E_S837. Each is linked with RPL7P53 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P53-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P53 versus ARID5A_S23 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P53→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
