Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,841 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP85, NOL6, and RFTN1_S199. Each is linked with RPL7P47 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P47-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P47 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P47→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
