Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P47 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7P47 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPL7P47 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and THCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and OV are the cancer types where RPL7P47 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
