Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,395 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendrite morphogenesis, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with RPL7P34 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P34 results are reported.
