Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7P34 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RPL7P34 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

MESO, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where RPL7P34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
