Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,712 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, ZNF318, and ZNF318_S464. Each is linked with RPL7P28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P28-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
