RPL7P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,481 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P21-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO11, DHX9, and CDC5L. Each is linked with RPL7P21 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P21 versus FBXO11 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
