RPL7P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,981 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NR3C1, RSRC2_S105, and TTC39A. Each is linked with RPL7P21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P21 versus NR3C1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
