Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7AP65-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, ALKBH5_S64, and PRPF8. Each is linked with RPL7AP65 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP65-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP65 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP65→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
