RPL7AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,434 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, PPM1A, and ACIN1. Each is linked with RPL7AP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP2 versus MTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
