Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB28P2, RNA5SP57, and HAUS1P3. Each is linked with RPL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB28P2 grouped by RPL7-low versus RPL7-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
