Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL6P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,363 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL6P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DFFA, KHDRBS1_S58, and RPA1. Each is linked with RPL6P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL6P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL6P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
