Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOVA2, PPIF, and UTRN_S1866. Each is linked with RPL5P8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
