RPL5P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,397 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP78, LENG8_S351, and APPL1_S430. Each is linked with RPL5P7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P7 versus CEP78 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
