RPL5P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,475 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, ZMYM4, and MBD3. Each is linked with RPL5P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P4 versus SIN3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
