RPL5P29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,824 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, snoRNA localization, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RPL5P29 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis grouped by RPL5P29-low versus RPL5P29-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
