Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,113 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5P21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monosaccharide metabolic process, Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with RPL5P21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P21 results are reported.
