RPL5P11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,437 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EGFR, FKBP15_S1012, and LARP4_S583. Each is linked with RPL5P11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P11 versus EGFR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
