Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,103 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RPL5P10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by RPL5P10-low versus RPL5P10-high in STAD.
