Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL5P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL5P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPL5P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL5P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and GBM show a favorable association.

UVM, PAAD, and GBM are the cancer types where RPL5P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
