RPL5P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90AA1_S263, RAD21_T394, and MCTS1. Each is linked with RPL5P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P1 versus HSP90AA1_S263 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
