RPL4P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,401 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4P7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKAP1, DOCK10, and EVL. Each is linked with RPL4P7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL4P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL4P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
