RPL4P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, S100B, and SETDB1. Each is linked with RPL4P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL4P3 versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL4P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL4P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
