RPL41P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL41P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,100 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL41P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RPL41P5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL41P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL41P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly grouped by RPL41P5-low versus RPL41P5-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL41P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL41P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
