Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL41P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL41P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL41P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL41P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and COAD show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPL41P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
