RPL41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,305 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCNT1, STAT6, and PA2G4. Each is linked with RPL41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL41-to-partner and partner-to-RPL41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
