RPL3P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,592 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RPL3P9 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL3P9-low versus RPL3P9-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
