Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL3P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL3P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL3P9 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL3P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and COAD show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where RPL3P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
