Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL3P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR74, STK10_S417, and CARD9_S460. Each is linked with RPL3P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3P4 versus WDR74 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
