RPL3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,943 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA3, ZNF598, and TRAP1. Each is linked with RPL3L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3L versus DNAJA3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
