Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAF6L, IQGAP1, and ZNF574. Each is linked with RPL39P16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39P16-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39P16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
