The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher RPL39L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL39L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where RPL39L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
