Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,713 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1B, NUDT1, and WDR53. Each is linked with RPL39L in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL39L versus CKS1B in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
