RPL39L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL39L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D17, UTP4, and ECT2_T359. Each is linked with RPL39L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL39L versus TBC1D17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
